These instructions will guide you through the process of cloning a mushroom on agar.
|
Take a nice, healthy mushroom.
|
|
|
Tear the mushroom apart in the middle lenghtwise.
|
|
|
Flame the scalpell untill glowing red.
Let cool for a few seconds.
|
|
|
Cut a small chunk from the cap base, measuring around 2 x 2 x 2 mm.
|
|
|
Transfer to agar.
|
