Syringe Question (Temperature/Amount of Spores)

Hi,
I'm new to mushroom cultivation and I was thinking about growing some.  I don't know very much about it but i have a question about inoculation with the syringe.
I will soon be purchasing mushrooms and was wondering if i could take the spores from those mushrooms, mix them with distilled water, and then use that to put into the syringe and inoculate jars with it.
Will this even work, and if so, what temperature is the water suppose to be kept at?  How much spores do i use?  How much water do I use? And how much do i inject into each jar?

I appreciate you helping me and giving me a link to that website, but i do not have a spore print and im not planning on getting one. 
I was wondering if collecting spores from the bottom of a bag full of mushrooms could be a substitute for a spore print?
