mycelium on stalks

i have a cake that the fruits have mycelium growing up the stalks is this norm , something i can fix

You aren't growing corn, its the stem. Its fine dont worry about it.

this has happened to me. i think it could be too much rh. not sure though. once your fruit is drying, it simply peels off. you should be fine.
