Spores and potency?

May be a dumb question..but does a shroom lose its potency if it is used to make a spore print. Should  you still eat them or does all the  power leave with the spore.

hey, thats a good question! i'm not sure.    i know that when i that a print. i still use that cap. i just dry it and toss it in with the rest of my stash..
i'm sure if it loses any potency at all, its not noticeable...

  I can assure you that by spore printing you are loosing no potency.    It is the same as you harvesting after the caps have opened. 
  There is no more loss than the difference other than that of a harvest before the opening-vs-after.
  And if for some reason you feel you can't eat them afterwards,......  Please send them here.  Like Fattrout says he tosses them in his stash with all the others,.  I will gladly add your donations to my stash!  lol

The reason we are able to buy spores from companies on the web is because there is no psilocybin nor psilocin in the spores themselves. Therefore no potency is lost.
