How to increase the amount of fruit?

I was wondering how to increase the amount of fruit each flush.  Then then I had herd of turning the cakes upside down and setting the cake in a mason jar cap full of verm.  My question is does anyone have any good instructions on how to do this perfectly?  I see were other are acheaving 100g's wet form a 8oz cake.  How do they do it.  I get only about 12g's wet from a cake.

Hey spucoly, you can try a dunk and roll: dunk the cake and roll in verm, DEC (double end case) cake in lid full of verm or coir and another pile on top moistened to field capacity or you could do a rez effect: crumble the cakes and mix with field capacity verm or coir. Just make sure your verm or coir is clean. Sterile or pasteurized.

They might be refering to undried fruits too. I use one pint jars for my cakes and I get about20 grams dry or so
