 I'm going to ask straight:

As you can see, my cultivating glasses have many spots that look like burn spots. I'd like to know if it's mold or something else.
And another thing. If it's mold, what species is it and how can I eliminate it? does it prevent the mushrooms from growing? Since this is a school project, it really doesn't matter if the mushrooms grow healthy or ill

NOTES:
it's been 20 days since incubation
the spores from the big mushroom are removed already, I removed them
the incubation is done on simple cups, and used a lamp on 24 C (75 F) for heat

I'd really appreciate it if you would help me

I have to ask, what genus/spiecies are you growing? What were your methods of sterilization and inoculation of the substrate? Also, what is the substrate?
What you've got there does not look like healthy mycelium?
Here is a link to some info on contamination.

I wouldn't open those in your lab. You could easily spread that all over the place.
