hi guys !

some month ago i have tried do do some liquid culture and today opening tha wordrobe i have seen that the liquid in the jar is quite colonized , you can see different ''clouds'' of micelium around the liquid and i think they are gettin bigger with time.

can i use that LC to inoculate directly my pf jars?
and if it yes how much i have to inoculate x jar?

do i might have problem with sucking the white cloud into my syringe?

tbanks in advance!

Break the mycelium cloud into pieces - hopefully you can shake the jar or stir it using a magnetic stirrer, however if not; you can suck up some of the liquid into a syringe than violently squirt it back in, having the needle be above the liquid level; this leads to bubbles and extreme turbulence which after several times can encourage the mycelium to break apart and be sucked up more easily.

You can use the liquid culture essentially just like you would a normal spore syringe in a PF take so I have been lead to believe.
