No, they would probably be contaminated by then, impossible to collect. Use a fresh cap.

There is a kind of mushroom in the West Indies I believe it's called West Indies or Black mushroom, in Haiti it is called djon-djon.  If you are familiar with this mushroom will you please tell me how to cultivate it at home.  Thank you for your reply.
