Where can I get spores?

Whats up? I want to get spores in Australia for scientific purposes. Can anybody help me out?

Hmm... That may be difficult as Australia has a locked border on imports of new species of just about anything...  I don't think a spore print or syringe will probably be sent in such a case, but I have known a few people there that were in the same position.

  I can offer you the only method available to those who wish to only study the spores, not handle or germinate in any way.  A Spore Slide, only available via http://www.mushroomspider.com as no other company seems to carry pre-made slides for microscopy use only.

Hmmm, I recommend purchasing a mushroom identification manual after checking on-line for local species and try those. Or you could trade with someone on the forum... that's a job for a PM... you know, hush hush, hint hint.
