Hi, I'm new to this forum and shroomery hobby ... I tried to grow psilocybe cubensis succesfully a few times ,but I faced with problem... I boiled millet for half hour and then poured it all in the strainer and washed with a few litres of water because millet was so sticky... I'm scared that I could wash all minerals down the drain... What do you think ? Millet still usable ? Thank you... Please answer as fast as you can...

While some of the nutrients are lost this way, the millet still contains plenty after the procedure, don't worry.
