Does anyone forsee a problem if I made all of my substrate one day and put a layer of tinfoil under the lid to keep in the moisture then innoc. a day or 2 later?

As long you sterilize the substrate after you prepare it, it will be no problem. I would omit the tinfoil under the lid.

Ok I will remove the tinfoil under the lid befor i steralize the substrate.

but keep the tin foil on top to cover the innoc. holes until birth to keep contam out ? come on back.

Oh ya don't worry I left the tin foil on the top.
