Ok, so I am not the outdoors expert when it comes to this stuff but I do however have a pretty good eye'd say.  So heres a little history about the spot, A wooded area temps have been between mid-high 60's at night going up to the mid-high 70's during the day with rain on and off and a fair amt of humidity.  They were found growing on/ around a stump in the ground, the stump happens to be surrounded by 4 pine tree's, others were found at the base of the pine tree.  for about the past 3 years instead of bagging all the leaves and everything thats fallen, Ive mulched it up and let it sit on the ground so its been collecting for quite some time.  Well here are some pics hopefully somone knows if their edible and what not, Im doin this kinda quick so I don't have all the time to post all the info I wanted too but feel free to ask questions. thanks,

Psathyrella or Coprinus genus, non active, most  likely not edible.
