So I cased about a week ago and covered my casings with foil for 5 days then took the foil off and put casings in fruiting chamber. Casing showed mycelial growth on about 40% to 50% of casing when I put in fruiting chamber.
Today, 3 days later, instead of pinning the mycelium continued to grow and now pretty much covers 100% of the casing. This will lead to overlay (which is bad) right?
So I need help, what should I do at this point. Should I put more casing on top of everything or deep scratch or something else? I would like some help and here are some pics of the casings. Temp 70 to 75 F, air exchange 3 to 4 times a day, misting when needed.

Lower the temperature towards 70, apply a very thin casing on top of what you have, and spray and strands of mycelium coming trough  the casing with short bursts of water spray.

Ok, so I put a new casing layer over all the casings. The temp stays from 68 to 73. Air exchange about twice a day (as time allows) also sprayed the mycelium down when I did the air exchange. All the fruiting chambers sit out against a wall in my room so light is not an issue. The thing is, the casings got 100% colonized again. I would put up pictures but the pretty much look like the first ones. So what the heck, this casings refuse to fruit, they just colonized both casing layers. Three of them are Palenque strain and I don't remember what the other three are. As a last resort I am taking the tops of my fruiting chamber so they get continues air exchange and just going to mist when needed. Good idea or any other ideas to get these casings to fruit? Thanks for any help.
