Have 1/2 pint jars w B+ (brown rice and verm).
I've watched 2 videos, one says dunk and roll.
popout cake
wash off top layer of verm.
soak 24 hours
roll in dry verm
put in container
wait 1/2 hour
mist w water
2nd video says
popout the cake
place on a lid then put in container
making sure handle the cake as little as possible

Oh by the way the 2nd video says dab on water off the cakes w a papertowel.

I don't utilize teks involving BRF, but my best judgement would dictate following video #1.
Though there are more steps involved,..... there is less handling of the cake, and more opportunity for the cake to hydrate completely.

Handle them as little as possible... but don't be scared to touch them either. They can take it.
