my cakes are about 2.5 inches in diameter and a little over 3 inches tall. would it be better to make a flat spot on the side and lay it on its side, or just put it on the top or bottom? i also want to know if it would work to cut the cake in half and grow from each side of the cake since its soo tall.
I actually think thats pretty small? why do you need to cut it in half? if you do be sterile, and anyway theres only so much you can get out of it. Personally I don't think that its worth it.
