Welcome to the forum. My advice would be to study the TEKS as much as possible, use the search function, and ask questions after you have attempted the first two suggestions. There are many people here that will help but most of us do not have time to do your research for you. If you follow the TEKs and don't try and reinvent the wheel you will be successful. Good luck!!

Welcome! and MT is right.  Do your research and ask your questions as you go along it you really don't understand the TEK or a procedure or you just have a question.  Lots of peeps will help you out with just posting questions in the forum.  Everyone here were new at one time and along the line started to post their thoughts and questions here.

(http://i857.photobucket.com/albums/ab135/Armedwithatone33/DSCN1426.jpg) a little faint to see but theres condensation on the inside now but was much more saturated earlier today took the tops off them, seems much better... lookin good you guys think? 6 days... my research on here was telling me that temp doesnt really matter so much i think i was just overdueing it on the heat from the fishtank heater it was about 82-84 degrees brought it down to a solid 78 seems to be ok i think. also i took off the lids to the jars because i thought they might get better gas excange or whatever(also stopping so much moisture build up), was thinking about maybe putting cloth over it with the lid on to keep out contaminates but figured at this moment ill just leave them i have a lid on the rubbermaid bin im using, and i figure the less i open that fucker the better and the less handeling ect. it killed me to take it out just to snap that photo, i figured that the layer of dry vermiculite would be a line of defence against contam but just not a very trusty one ya know... any help would be loved thanks for the warm welcome guys lovein this site been on it all fucking day haha!

You would probably be safer leaving the lids on IMO. The verm is a barrier layer to reduce the chances of contamination, but the jar lid will add an extra amount of protection. The holes in the lids are only supposed to be big enough for inoculation any way. You do not have the gas exchange concerns with BRF cakes that come up when colonizing on grain. The pieces of rice in your mix look to be a little coarse. Next time try to grind it up finer. I use a coffee grinder. As for the moisture content issue I can't tell from your photo, but your mix may have been too wet. I never had any condensation (moisture) issues with the jars that I have made in the past. I hope this helps you get started.

You could just wipe them down with 91% alcohol. It is cheap and very effective.

I'm also very new at this too, but it looks to me like there is way too much verm in the mix. Maybe that's where some of the condensation is coming from. My first inoculation I shot my spores into the verm layer on top by accident, on two of 5 jars. They eventually took. Time is the key.!

Yea, get that lid back on there FAST. MT is totally right. Just be patient and let the jars do what they do. Best thing to do is forget about them for a week or so. And trust me, all this info is MUCH EASIER SAID than done, lol. I just couldn't stop myself from looking at them and playing with them, haha.   ^_^

GET THOSE LIDS STERILIZED AND BACK ON! Good Luck hookuh110, hope you get a bountiful harvest.

As the others have stated.
NEVER EVER take the lid off till its time to birth and case.
Hopefully you didn't screw up your grow.
