i have 1 and a half jars .... So I decided to triple every quantity this technique has given me... i'm worried that my cake might not grow well... I injected the triple amount of spores (since the size is three time) and I've seen only in onw jar somethings appearing.... but it is not actually white as described.... maybe more beige or between white and beige...
Are my substrate contaminated.... does the size of the jar matters ?

With the pf tek the size of the jar matters, yes. The bigger the jar, the slower the colonization. Use the half pint jars if possible.
