I was thinking about going back to my roots and doing a giant PF-Tek grow again. I have 72 pint wide mouths that have been in a closet for almost 2 years. I'm not much of a canner, so they serve no other purpose. I was thinking about doing mexicanas, I've done this with rye flour in lue of brown rice flour -_-
Sounds like that could be fun, could even experiment a bit.
