I blended some dried cubes with orange juice in a blender. The first batch turned out ok, oragish brown in color. The second batch started to to green almost immediately. I don't know what to make of this. This seems to fast for trichoderma to form. The shrooms were good and dry...from the same btch as that that did not turn green, and the reaction was within minutes, so fast in fact that i was able to freeze the botttle that I poured the mixture into, and the bottom half is still ornagish brown, while the top is green. Is this safe stuff? I don't know what to make of it.

This is bluing, which in combination with yellow juice appears green.
It is safe to consume, but chances are the mushrooms lost some of the potency.
