Could have stalled, be patient and start checking them about once ever 3-4 days.  Are they incubating? what are the temps? and do they stay in complete darkness the whole time?

I just had 3 18 gallon tubs that I drilled a shit ton of holes around the bottom and then I added two inches of Perlite. That has worked great for me had 6 or 7 really nice Flushes so far.
