anyone have any preference on the preperations of wbs? some recipes call for an over night soak of 8-12 hrs others call for a 30 minute simmer... whats your move?
WBS has endospores. They need to be germinated in the soak and killed in the PC, otherwise they will germinate after the PC and fuck yo shit up~!
I soak mine for about twenty hours, rinse, add more water and bring to a boil for ten minutes.
