I got some All Natural Brown Rice.  If I use this and vermiculite will it make mycelium?

Absolutely NOT. You need some water, a container, mushroom medium(agar, spores, etc.), and the right condition and you should be fine to make mycellium.

Any brown rice flour should do. I couldn't find organic so I just used some store brand I bought from a bulk food store.

Any brown rice is fine. Just grind it up in a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle to make brown rice flower.

Yeah, brown rice is brown rice. If you want to keep it organic, go for it. If not, well you get my drift.
