I have 2 fc, one with an air pump and the other only perlite. And in the one with only the perlite I have no problem having the 99% humidity. There's is no hole in this FC, I fan it 4 to 6 times a day and that's all. But if you have no electricity and it's in a closet how will you give your fc light?

Yeah your humidity need to be higher than 90, and I don't think you need that rock heater

I had a good first flush, the second was ok, so I don't think the third will be that great... I think I'll throw them away after the third one.

How many flushes do cakes last on average? And is there a way(except waiting) to know it won't give anything more? Because I'm on my 3rd flush with my cakes and if they're at the end of their lives I'll make others to replace them.

I'll try to be nice and help you a little. If it's Dark green and black I am pretty sure it is mold, so you don't really need the q-tip test. If it's blue or blue/green and your not sure it's bruising you make the q-tip test but black I don't think it would be bruising. If they haven't pin in 3 weeks, they might have miss something like humidity if they were dry. They need to be at 99+% if you can.

Mine are at 80 in the incubator, and it's going faster than before when they were at 70.
