Hey,
I've followed the Pf-Tek rather meticulously over the past 25 days and noticed the spread of mycelium essentially seemed to halt after about 18 days. The problem is, I'm not sure if it's fully colonized. There's still about 1/4 inch of verm that hasn't been colonized at the top. I've waited for a week to see if there would be any growth and there hasn't been.
My question is, am I ready to begin the fruiting process? I'll try and post some pictures here soon for you so you guys can tell me what you think.
Thank you!!

Here are photos of the jars I'm talking about. They are 26 and 25 days old, respectively.
Thanks again!
You could pull them out, scrape off the uncolinized sub, and put them in the FC..
Would you recommend still soaking the colonized cakes overnight and then doing the dunk and roll?
Yes, I would def. dunk and roll. GL man
Soaking overnight is the Dunking.. But yes, Im sure they would appreciate it
scrape off the verm and dunk n then ROLL suka. good luck
