Is Whole wheat flour just as good ans Brown Rice Flour? Is there a reason that BRF is the standard?...or can any organic whole grain flour be used just as effectively?
Whole wheat four produces a sticky substrate whereas BRF produces a loose substrate. Birdseed or millet fllour also work good.
