Title: Alien substrate
Post by: The Psilocyber on June 25, 2006, 05:42:09 PM
Howdy all, I have recently become familiar with a different substrate from your run of the mill brown rice flour. It is called Alien Substrate http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/7922
It is claimed that it is one of the best substrates you can make, but i have not made up my mind quite yet... Has anyone had any experience with this substrate? Any feedback would be much appreciated, I would love to hear of your experiences with it. Thanks a load

It contains more nutrients per volume(more grains, less vermiculite) thus the yield will be better. I would only suggest to make it if you have a pressure cooker.
