I did this with some PE and everything was going great. Incubator is at 76 - 78 and just like normal. I shook them Thursday and they were about 40% colonized. Still today there is no growth just like it died or stalled out. Any ideas what I have dint to these? 5 quart jars look stalled and 1 pint is doing awesome?
Are you allowing them to breath?, Put them back in the Inc and wait 5-7 days to check them again. Maintaining a consistant enviornment is key for optimal speeds.
