Title: Fruting Azurescens Indoors
Post by: fungi on May 27, 2005, 01:38:29 PM
OK:  So, I have a fully colonized jar of Azurescens using hardwood substrate, (with a bit of BRF) added to speed the colonization process.  Anyway, now that the jar is fully colonized, is it possible to fruit it directly from the substrate, since it is a wood based substrate, or is it absolutely necessary go go through the casing, and/or spawing process?  Also, can Azurescens be fruited in a regular fruiting chamber (like the ones used for Cubensis)..with lower temps & different moisture content, obviously?...If so, does anyone know the rights temps, and humidity?

Thanks,

Fungi
