I've been waiting for my Pressure Cooker off of eBay (should arrive today!) since then I've been storing my syringes in a box in the fruit drawer of my fridge -- is it a good idea to let them reach room temp again before I inoculate (hopefully 2nite!)?

You know though that you have to let the sterilized jars cool COMPLETELY before you inoculate them...
