being a 19 yr old kid its a lot of fun going and finding a bum from your guys' era that didn't make it through all the drugs and talking to them tripping nuts lol one time i had this guy yelling at us about how he couldnt remember a 1973 led zeppelin concert but he knew he was there tripping his mind away. he was on crack or some shit these days though. its sad seeing some people totally lost in life sometimes but i mean your life is your life and your in control of it

rom reading about overlay. i can't see our conditions allowing it. the hottest the FC gets is 78 and that's not everyday we open the FC a couple times a day on top of using the tropic air. and the humidity stays in the mid 90s.

the ones on the left went in thursday and the others on friday i believe. or maybe wed and thu. it's written down at magic moneys house my bad on that. hopefully some pins will form in the next couple of days. i don't think it looks like stroma. in the mushroom cultivator, from what i could tell from the pics, stroma was thicker (hard looking) and flat. on these the myc still looks webby and is becoming bumpy.       for anyone who has had trouble with casings where do the problems occur? (these are brf btw)

me and magic money have the same dilemma right now... its our first grow so we are just hoping the magic will happen soon. i hope we are not developing stroma. if there isn.t any progress in the next couple of days we will probably post some pics again for a diagnosis.

thanks a lot. that one casing was already patched before we put it in there and in a day it exploded! it's weird how they are both the same strain but growing so differently. maybe the casing layer was a little too thick on that one

you want to use the blue spectrum bulb, others on here know the exact spectrum. look it up in past topics using the search engine on this site. i have 30 gal rubbermaid bins as well and i cut a square window on the top and caulked on plexiglass to close the opening. btw the shrooms dont grow from the light, the light only initiates pinning from what i have heard. others on here will know more

on the bottom you should have a dry verm layer. that will stick a little to the bottom. but your not damaging the cakes at all. if you wanted to you could have crumbled and cased them. if their white all around they should be good all the way through.
