I just transferred my first 4 colonized jars into a plastic storage bin for fruiting. I tried to upload a pic with this but it said the upload box was full. The tub is clear, but a foggy clear. Will this let enough light in or does it need a completely clear lid?
Yes a foggy clear plastic tub will give plenty of light.
I agree. Do not place the light right on the lid and make sure it's bright enough. Most lights are plenty bright enough. I have my lights using a LED light source on an automatic timer with my light cycle.
