herd from a friend that compost made with cow manure works very very good for a casing, first would this be a good assumption? if so should i add vermiculite? and second is limestone powder really necessary? <-- or

there is a link to this spawnbag and im curently wondering do u need spores on top of that or the bag wood chips and a place to grow. in short does the spawn bag have the spores in it and the enviroment doesnt have to be seterial?
