Title: Vermiculit in Austria
Post by: Dr. No on August 04, 2005, 07:07:55 AM
I've read the translation of PF - Tek for Simple Minds in German.
It says that I can get Vermiculit from "OBI-Markt" in Austria.
Today I was there and did not find it. I asked and the man had never heard from Vermiculit.
Does it have a different trade name? Or anything else.

Thank you,
Dr. No

Hello, ok what you need to do is. I do not know what it would be called in your country but go to your closest "Greenhouse" or a gardening store. If you have a store like that it will have some. The reason the guy may not have known what you were talking about is you might have mis-pronounced the word. It is tricky. "Ver-mick-you-light"

I wrote it down and he looked it up in the computer.

I was hoping to hear from the German/Austrian Translator.
Does anyone has his/her e-mail?

Thanks,

There might be a similar shop close to you.
Hope I could help you....

I've wrote an e-mail to OBI
I get back:
Thank you for your request. Since 2004 we(OBI) did not provide Vermiculit in our markets.
