I've managed to get my hands on a pressure cooker but could only find one that is 10 psi. will this be ok or should i buy one online?
Also, has anyone used Rye flour instead of BRF? and if so what results did you get? I only ask because the town i live in has rye flour but i would have to grind my own BRF.
