this tray flushed 4 times, then i took the substrate out of the pan and turned it over. it look like a white brick. put a 1/4 inch layer of casing mix on it, and 1 week later...... ^_^

What you could try. Let the casing colonize until it has a great hold, then take the hole thing outa the tray onto a sheet of tinfoil exposing all sides and the top. So its kinda like a super cake, better yeilds. See how you like the diff.

   Just what I achieve by casing in the "ice cream containers", then setting them free!
