I had my first confirmed contams today. What I noticed was the BRF cakes changed color from gray/brown to a purply blue. The myc seemed to stop growing. I took it outside to open the foil. The texture was different too, a little slimy and it had the smell of sour apples. I still have 4 jars and a bag of grain with this strain so I'm not at square one but I don't like losing to contaminants. It can be contagious.

Yeah that sucks. I've lost entire batches in the beginning.

Bleach the shit out of your grow area and start again...CONTAMS HAPPEN!!!!
