Title: Humidity testing
Post by: kerbamkerpow on April 21, 2010, 01:43:51 AM
Can anyone tell me a cheap, simple humidity tester for my terrarium?

I saw a round brass one that was affordable, but I can't locate it in my browsing history.

Much obliged.

Knowing your RH is extremely important for continuous success. I bought a used Flukers brand gauge that shows the temp. and the RH. bought it off Amazon.com for about fifteen bucks. It has a digital read out and has worked well for me for over a year now with only one battery change. They can also be found at most of the larger pet supply stores. Hope this helps.

go down to your local discount cigarette store.  they should have a hydrometer that is used for cigar humidors, about $5.
