I am wondering though about the condensation build up on the lid of the fc. I am wondering what to do I have read that direct water like that is no good for mushies. So whenever it gathers I wipe it off. What would you suggest that I should do? The condensation buildup normally happens because the air inside the fc is warmer than the outside air and the moisture invariably builds up. It has gotten colder here and I have put the fc on top of another tub filled with water and a heater. But I still keep the temp around 70-74. Any help would be appreciated!
