Title: red around the edges of my mycelium help
Post by: ProdigyPanda on February 17, 2012, 05:22:24 PM
What should I do? cant post pictures yet til I figure out how to make the KB size smaller..

Basicly its pink/red around the edges of where my mycelium is growing white. Not sure if I should toss it out or let it continue and perhaps my mycelium will overrun the red.  help. thanks.

It is contamination if it is not white.  No harm in letting it sit a while longer and see if the mycelium will over take the contamination.  If the red grows any toss it.
