Ok so since you get a higher yeild off casings, I was wondering if it would be more benificial if u slice a cake in half and put the 2 halves in a casing and so on.
thats just another contam risk.
You will get the same amount of fruit even if you slice the cake.
yeah im aware of that but wont the nutrients in the casing give me more yeild.
With a casing it is easier to provide the adequate moisture.
Case some of your cakes and observe the difference,
