Title: sterilizing an area?

Wht should i use to sterilize an area to handel the cakes like a table?

I'm guessing your talking about a 100% colonized cake :huh:  just make sure that your surface is clean they are pretty resistant to mold at this point. . . I usually wipe down my surface is alcohol ... I also spray some lisol in the air 20min or so before I handle them (sometimes) oh and make sure to wash your hands with disinfectant soap that helps...

Alcohol and lisol is all you need. I have pretty much the same procedure has moorhs. Wipe everything down with alcohol, spray the area with lisol, and I usually was my hands with alcohol right before I start handling my babies.

I also do all that and work in front of a hepa filter.
