I am doing my first try at P-Tek. Can I use the jar lids ( with 4 small holes) and 1 layer of foil? Or is 3 layers of foil with no lid better?
Also , can you inject too much spore solution? Or would it just be wasting material is all
I have tried both methods and have witnessed NO difference i believe the KEY is cleanliness, sanitary, if the media is sterile then the method does not seem as important, the lids are reusable and can double as trays when in the FC.
