Hello ,
Do you know what is a bruise? It is an injury underneath the skin with no open wounds or cut. tiny red blood cells leaks from damage capillaries and runs through the affected area and form into an ugly bruise. There are lots of aspects to consider why we sometimes bruise even no apparent reasons...accidental impact of something hard will result into a bruise, crash bump or bang! Older people is vulnerable to bruises since their skin and muscle tissues along with the capillary walls were thin by aging...Lack of vitamins C and K also contributes bruising while using of aspirin or warfarin pills for blood thinning purposes is also a factor to consider why people bruise more often.
