Can hairy white fungus  on the mushroom top be bad for edibility?

I would not eat it.It could be a cobweb fungus. It's not deadly but you may get sick.

It could also be a sign of high hunidity. How hairy is it and what color is it?

Actually the fungus is white,like a small fuzz and also i just figured it out ,the fuzz is due to low humidity and can be eaten.Thanks alot guys.

The white hairy growth on the top of the caps is never due to a too low humidity....
