what is the easy strain of spores to grow that have a strong affect when you take them
start with cubes, PF tek, thats the simplest way to cultivate this magical treat. There are tons of substrains but what u will hear everywhere is "A cube is a cube". Its mostly personal prefrance on which substrain.
If u want a strong affect, eat some shrooms, if its not a strong enough affect, EAT MORE ^_^
Worry about potency after you have a few successful flushes, its not a win win right off the bat with this hobby. Generally potency between cubensis remains about the same with a few small variations between strains. I'd prolly say B+ would be one of the easiest.

Shitake
Ganoderma lucidum
Psilocybe Cubensis
Maitake Mushroom
They all have their own effects.
And are all quite strong in those effects.
You have a few grows and alot of research to do before you worry about potency.
I'd brush up on the PF TEK. :)
