My cakes are fully colonized and i have an unexpected houseguest coming for awhile, so the terrarium is going to be stashed away. Can i just leave the jars in the incubator and birth them later (another week or so)? If the cake is fully colonized, i'm reasoning it should be past the danger for contamination. they have not yet been exposed to light, and no pins have formed.
