When i have to leave for a weekend now and then, my cakes are getting way too hot. I can't afford to keep the whole place air conditioned, especially when i'm not home. I was wondering if it would do any harm to put the cakes in my refrigerator over the weekend and then put them back in my incubator when i return home? I would really appreciate any thoughts anyone might have on this. I am running out of ideas.

As long the temperature is under ~100?F, they will survive it no problems.
