So I knocked up 12 jars...Six are Banhua strain and the other is Z strain.....all 12 are doin their thing very well right now.. My question is this.. Im using Pint Jars...with holes in the lid (4) with med tape for airflow over the holes..there was a couple of jars that didnt start colonizing until after i took off the tape and the jar within days caught up with the rest....would it be ok if I take the tape off the rest of my jars..?? its been 26 days since innoc...and only took the jars with no tape on them to catch up in 6.. What do I do???
