Title: pressure cooking question
Post by: cinikal on July 10, 2012, 04:20:52 PM
Hi all,
I have a question about the pressure cooking of the brf jars. Once you have mixed the substrate and put them in the jars, and your going to pc them, how tight or how loose do the lids have to be? If you leave them too loose, wouldn't the moisture from the steam in the pressure cooker add more water to the jars? should there be room for the inside part of the lids to "float" around. or should they be tightened down tight?
Thanks in advance
