experiment with rye grain from the farmer...

I think everything is simple if you have all needed materials...

however you'll need a mycelium to place into the jar...

You can use a syringe also to inoculate it.

how many cc (syringe)  water with spores should I use to inoculate 0,5 litre jar?

1-2 cc
